1. Transport facilities are provided for the convenience of the students, although it is not an obligatory service of the school.

2. Under normal condition, school tries to provide facility within 200 mt into range of residence.

3. Applications for school transport, cancellation, change of bus stops, change of bus etc. should be submitted to the school office atleast 15 days in advance.

4. Buses will be available only the routes and at stops fixed by the school. Any request for new stops will not be entertained. However, the school reserves the right to make any change if found inevitable.

5. Students travelling by the school bus should compulsorily be in proper school uniform and in possession of ID card with proper bus number failing which, they are not be allowed to board the bus.

6. Students must report at the scheduled bus stop 10 minutes before the starting time.

7. Students must travel only by the bus allocated to them.

8. No student will be allowed to board a bus other than the one allotted, unless he/she has written permission from the principal.

9. If a student wants to get down at a different bus stop, he/she should submit a request signed by the parent to the principal and obtain special permission for the same.

10. The bus facility will be cancelled for those who damage any bus fittings or indulge in acts of misbehavior/indiscipline in the bus.

11. The school will not undertake any responsibility or liability whatsoever for delay, mechanical disorder, breakdown, accidents etc. during journeys to and from the school.

12. Eating, drinking or any game in the bus is strictly forbidden.

13. Children proceeding on leave will also have to pay the bus fee along with the tuition fee for the period of leave.

14. In case of misbehavior in the bus, the teacher/driver is authorized to take immediate necessary steps and report the matter to the principal for further actions, if necessary.

15. Boys and girls must sit separately in the bus and maintain silence.

16. Whenever there is a special trip, buses will cover only a few common stops on the main roads in that area.

17. Any act of aggression by parents towards the school staff will be viewed seriously.

Note : Non bus commuters should arrive at the school 5 mins before the stipulated time.
